Is ROLA Games a new Company?ROLA Games is a new name and branding for a company that has been in existence since 1989. Who is eligible to become a Rola Games client?
Any person or business interested in selling videogames in Latin America or the Caribbean. This includes Importers, Exporters, Distributors, Wholesalers, Brokers, Retailers, E-Commerce, and rentals. As we do at times get product in which we have worldwide distribution rights, you may contact your sales representative for more details.
Do I need a business license or a registered company to become a ROla Games client?
No, you do not need a business license or a registered company, but we do need a copy of a legal identification of the client with picture, such as passport, or driver's license.
Can a United States based company become a Rola Games client?
Yes, a United States based company may become a Rola Games client. We will need a copy of the Resale certificate. However, the product must be sold in Latin America or the Caribbean. As we do at times get product in which we have worldwide distribution rights, you may contact your sales representative for more details.
Can a company outside of Latin America and the Caribbean become a ROla Games client?
Yes, a company outside Latin America and the Caribbean may become a Rola Games client. However, the product must be sold in Latin America or the Caribbean. As we do at times get product in which we have worldwide distribution rights, so always check with your sales representative.
Do I have to be a client to see your products? And prices?
Yes, you do have to be a registered client and logged in to see ROla Games prices and products. However there are other areas in the web site such as the Message Board where you do not need to be a registered client. You can also participate in our Social Media pages
What products does ROla Games supply?
Rola Games sells videogame software and accessories for Nintendo Wii, Wii U, Xbox 360, Xbox One -XB1, Playstation 4- PS4, PlayStation 3 -PS3 , PlayStation 2 -PS2, PlayStation Vita -PSV , Nintendo 3DS, Nintendo DS, and PSP titles. We can also accept special order many additional titles for older platforms.
Does Rola Games offer Used Games or Consoles?
No, all products offered are brand new from the publisher. We DO NOT sell used or refurbished games, consoles or accessories.
Does Rola Games offer Digital Games and/or PC Games?
No, we do not offer Digital Games or PC games at the moment. If you have a special need, you may contact your sales representative for more details. We do provide DLC content to our customers as incentives when offered by the publishers.
What are the office hours?
Our office hours are Monday through Friday from 9:30 am to 6:00 pm. We are closed on weekends and most Major Holidays that are observed in United States such as Christmas, Thanksgiving, Independence Day, etc. Online orders processed after hours will receive priority status the next business day.

How can I become a Rola Games Client?
The process begins by completing and submitting an online application. Once ROla Games receives your completed Application, it will be reviewed during business hours for an approval process. We require a business license when applicable along with government issued passport copy and/or driver licenses for the company owner/manager prior to access for pricing and inventory. Once approved, you will receive an email confirmation from Rola Games which will include your login information. You will also be required to supply us with a copy of your Resale certificate for all USA based company.
Do I need to provide my business License to become a client?
Yes, in order to become a client, you need to provide your business license. In case you DO NOT have a business license, we would waive the requirement once we have reviewed your application and legal identification with picture.
How long does it take for my registration to be approved?
Normally you should receive a call and/or email within 24 hours after you submitted the application. If you need immediate or urgent feedback, you can call us during regular business hours. We do not work on the weekends, so registrations submitted Friday evening through Sunday are reviewed beginning Monday morning, so these registrations can take up to 1-2 days to be approved.
Why do I need to provide personal information when I register?
This information will automatically appear on your order form and invoice when you place an order, saving you the time of typing in your company name, address, etc.
How will my information be used?
The main use of your information is to allow secure entry for you as a qualified client into our web site (and deny entrance to your retail customers). After your registration, the information will automatically fill in the blanks when you place an order.coming soon The only other use for your information is that we may send out an occasional e-mail newsletter or text messages to our registered clients. You will be given an opportunity to remove yourself from the e-mail list for the newsletter.
What if my registration information changes?
If your information changes, you can revise your registration by going to your Account Page on our website and update your profile information.
Are there minimum order quantities?
Yes, for our approved clients, minimum order is $850 and quantities 25 units.
Can I place an order without signing up?
No, you may not place an order online without signing up. If you are unable to access your computer to place an order, you may contact your sales representative for more details.
How do I place an order?
You can easily place your order online by clicking on the "place an order" button. You must indicate the quantity of the item you have clicked to order in the quantity text box. If you change your mind after you've added a product to your cart you can simply click "X" to remove. When you have finished making your selections click that you agree to our cancelation fees and then click on the "place your order" button. online video tutorial coming soon
Does Rola Games offer additional discounts?
Rola Games aims to offer the best prices to our clients. We offer low prices to our clients and additional discounts for larger quantities of the same title . The discount is based upon what you are actually buying. We encourage you to contact us or your sale representative for more information on the items that you are interested in purchasing and their discounts. We also offer featured titles with special sale pricing. These titles change on a regular basis and quantities may be limited on any selected title.
What forms of payment Does Rola Games accept?
Rola Games accepts international bank transfers (preferred), ACH transfers, PayPal, credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, or American Express) and company check for the approved clients. Some restrictions do apply for PayPal and credit card payments options.

Does Rola Games accept international credit cards?
Yes, we accept international credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, or American Express). Some restrictions do apply for payments options.
Does Rola Games allow Cashier's Checks or Money Orders?
Yes, Cashier's Checks or Money Orders issued in the United States are accepted. Some restrictions do apply.
Can I use a third person account or credit card to pay my order?
No, we may accept payment from the client or business account and/or credit card.
Does Rola Games offer any credit terms?
Rola Games offers credit to the clients which have been approved by its credit insurance company and its bank. The client must provide government approved financial documents for the most recent two years, import documentation and other relevant information for the approval process. For most clients, it takes about 2-3 months and several transactions to proceed with the approval.
Rola Games Anti-Money Laundering Compliance Policy
Rola Games requires that the sender of any transfer of funds made by financial institutions in any country (Latin America, Europe, Asia, Emirates Arabs, etc.), including the US, must prove legal documents and complete information about who is sending the money.
Please bear in mind that before accepting any funds, ROLA Games will need to ensure the traceability of transactions in order to establish the origin of the funds. Therefore, all wire transfers, regardless of the amount, must have on file legal documents in such a manner as to ensure traceability.
***WARNING***DO NOT deposit cash on our bank account (we will close your account in Rola Games immediately).
DO NOT send ACH, ELECTRONIC DEPOSIT or WIRE if you don't have the legal documents of the company or person sending the funds. (WE NEED TO PROVE DETAIL OF THE SOURCE OF MONEY). We will return any unauthorized transaction, and this process takes a long time.
Please include: 1) Invoice Number 2) If the wire is being done by someone else in memo write the name of the person who the wire is send for 3)Make sure you send the wire from a reputable Bank and Company.
We will NOT accept any payments unless it has been pre-authorized and documents on file. No exceptions
Canceling or Changing an Order
How do I cancel my order?
If you want to cancel your order, you must contact your Sales Representative immediately. Your sales representative will cancel it and 2% restocking fee is subject to the order upon cancellation.
How do I change, add or delate items from my order?
Once you have placed your order, if you want to add or delete an item, you must contact your Sales Representative immediately.
Who is responsible for shipping charges?
The client is responsible for the shipping charges. All shipments are FOB, EXW Miami.
Which party is responsible for shipping?
All prices posted and invoiced are FOB EXW Miami, Florida USA.
Can I pick up my order?
Absolutely! Just call to make arrangements with our Sales team.
How Does Rola Games ship?
Rola Games ships with all common shipping methods including FedEx, DHL and UPS to most countries in Latin America and the Caribbean. For your convenience, we do offer (at minimal costs) local shipping to our client's freight forwarders in Miami area. WE DO NOT SHIP USING POSTAL SERVICE (USPS). For further details, refer to your sales representative for further details.
Does Rola Games follow the laws and regulations of the US or the Country in which product is being shipped?
In all cases United States of America laws overwrite and supersede the laws and regulations of the country in which the product is being shipped. We adhere by US Federal Laws and Florida State Law where it is registered as a Corporation under Rola Games LLC.
New Release and Pre-Orders
How soon do pre orders need to be place?
We encourage our clients to place pre-orders 2-3 weeks prior to street date. Having your orders confirmed prior to street date will guarantee the product availability and pricing.
When are New Releases shipped?
Rola Games respects and adheres to the publishers Street Date policy. On the most part we receive product few days prior to street date and we ship to clients who have signed and have proven to adhere by publisher street date policies.
Is there a minimum order amount to receive newly released games?
There are no minimum per title except the invoice order must be $850 and 25 units.
